RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your skincare as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works:
1. CONTACT US FIRST
To start a return, please complete our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you quickly to guide you through the next steps. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item was faulty or arrived damaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
3. REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Shipping costs are not refundable unless your order was incorrect or defective.
4. WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING?
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage.
- If we’ve made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll of course cover the return shipping.
5. REGION SPECIFIC NOTES
- EU & UK customers: Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
- US customers: We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll make it right.
